The CAMPO board on Aug. 13 approved three funding actions: award of FTA Section 5339 funds totaling $122,280 to the Carson City Regional Transportation Commission (RTC) for purchase of an Americans with Disabilities Act–accessible bus; award of FTA Section 5310 funds totaling $200,155 to the RTC to offset operating expenses for the Jump Around Carson (JAC) paratransit program; and authorization to execute highway agreement PR235-25-063 with the Nevada Department of Transportation for a feasibility study of a proposed East Dayton Valley bridge and associated roadway connections.
