During the public input portion of the July 29 meeting, resident Justin Quayle described safety issues at an unnamed county park, saying exposed rebar near a portable restroom had led to a slip and fall and that multiple code enforcement concerns remain unaddressed. Quayle asked the county to hold hired contractors and county workers accountable for permit compliance and equipment use.
