Clay County approves TCP scheduling software for Withdrawal Management Facility

County commissioners approved purchasing TCP scheduling software for the county’s Withdrawal Management Facility to replace manual calendaring and modernize staff scheduling.

Kathy presented the request, saying the annual cost for up to 60 users is $2,311.20 and there is a one‑time setup and training fee of $2,100. The contract term is 60 months; additional users cost roughly $38–$38.52 per month.

Kathy said current staffing at the facility is roughly 52 users and the software will track variable‑hour schedules and require schedule changes to be approved through the system. Commissioner Mogel supported the purchase, noting staff time savings justify the expense.
