The Washoe County Parcel Map Review Committee on Thursday, Sept. 11, 2025, approved a tentative parcel map (case WTPM25-0009) to divide a 3.54-acre property at 100 Malcolm in the Black Springs area into two parcels, a 3.1-acre parcel and a roughly 0.4-acre parcel, committee members said.
