During the meeting’s oral communications period, Gregory Neville addressed the Planning Commission to raise concerns about what he described as “unconstitutional” enforcement actions shown on television involving armed, masked agents at a local Home Depot. Neville identified himself as a United States Army veteran and said the images upset him; he referenced the First and Fourth Amendments and asked whether the council or mayor had any authority to respond.
