County staff explained a pay-plan adjustment affecting juvenile services and probation that combines a previously separate $10,000 stipend into the probation pay plan. Aaron (staff member) said Betsy, who had been paid a $10,000 stipend for juvenile-services oversight outside the pay plan, will be placed on a single pay grade and step in probation (grade 11, step 12) so the split is removed and the pay plan controls future increases.
