The Rochester City Council on Aug. 18 adopted a resolution authorizing the filing of the city’s 2025 transit Program of Projects, which lists federal capital and operating projects and allows staff to submit grant applications to the Federal Transit Administration. The council vote passed with a numerical tally summarized by staff as 6‑2‑1.
