The Personnel & Finance Committee voted to forward an updated set of policy guidance items to the Employee Relations Division to inform revision of the Dane County Employee Benefit Handbook. Supervisors said the guidance is intended to "seek policy guidance" consistent with county ordinance and to identify issues the committee believes Employee Relations should consider as it prepares handbook amendments.
