Republic Development asked the Carmel Plan Committee to accept a primary plat and development‑plan for Jackson’s Grant Village Section 3 on Sept. 30 and the committee voted to forward the application to the full Planning Commission after staff and the petitioner agreed to resolve outstanding technical comments.
