An outside engineering firm’s preliminary audit of the South County Regional Park pool found areas of concern including hollow spots beneath deck tile, tiles not installed to Tile Council of North America (TCNA) or ANSI guidelines and irregularities in lane markings, county staff told commissioners on June 24.
