The Multnomah County Board of Commissioners on a roll call vote approved a resolution adopting the FAC‑1 project plan for a lobby renovation at the Juvenile Justice Complex (60 Eighth Avenue). The project team from the Department of County Assets and the Department of Community Justice presented a scope that combines security upgrades and a trauma‑informed redesign of the public lobby.
