Panel votes on multiple case dispositions; several cases sent for panel review

The Boulder Police Oversight Panel held recorded votes on a series of case items during its July meeting. The panel recorded votes on at least 10 case items (MI2025-026 through MI2025-035). Several items were voted not to advance; three cases were approved for further panel review and two were assigned to volunteer reviewers.
