The DeKalb County Board of Commissioners Operations Committee on an administrative agenda vote Wednesday approved a phased library landscaping transition plan, accepted multiple procurement awards and contract renewals, and authorized an amendment to an intergovernmental agreement with the city of Chamblee to finalize construction details for the county animal shelter. The committee also deferred two items for two weeks for further review.
