Committee approves PILOT for 200-unit Sullivan Development project on Southern Avenue
The Metropolitan and Economic Development Committee approved a PILOT (proposal 212) for a 200-unit affordable housing project by Sullivan Development on or near Southern Avenue (developers cited Sutherland/Southern Avenue). The project will be financed partly by LIHTC, IHCA funds and bank loans; rents and unit mix align with LIHTC 60% AMI limits.
