The Balch Springs Community and Economic Development Corporation (Type B) approved two related park accessibility projects July 9: up to $10,860 to construct an ADA‑compliant sidewalk around the new restroom at Oak Ridge Park, 14201 Spring Oaks Drive, and up to $19,800 to build a trail from the Pirate Cove splash pad to that restroom.
