Commissioners award fire-hydrant flow testing contract to Georgia Hydrant after earlier contractor terminated

County staff told the Oconee County Board of Commissioners on July 8 that they had terminated an earlier contractor for the ISO fire-hydrant flow testing and inspection program and requested authorization to award the work to Georgia Hydrant to avoid further delays.
