On June 26 the Hurricane City Planning Commission approved three preliminary plats — Black Ridge Phase 2, Firerock Phase 5 and Oasis at Red Cliffs — subject to staff and JUC comments, reviewed two land-use code cleanup items and heard a conditional-use application for a metal building; LUCA25-06 (accessory buildings in front yards) was continued.
