Public works reports progress on headworks pour; Rice Lake West pay application cleared after review
Public works reported foundation rebar and an imminent concrete pour for the new headworks building at the wastewater treatment plant, and staff said TriHydro approved pay application No. 10 for the Rice Lake West project after extended review; final RO commissioning for a Goshen County project is scheduled this month.
