Escondido launches preapproved ADU plans; eight applications submitted since January
City staff updated the Planning Commission on a preapproved ADU program developed with RRM using HCD LEAP funding. Staff said four preapproved plans and supporting educational materials are live on the city website and that eight preapproved applications are under review.
