Court approves agreement with Tyler Technologies for defendant payment software

The Grayson County Commissioners Court on June 24 approved an agreement with Tyler Technologies to deploy defendant access payment software for county justice offices.
County staff described the software as provided by Tyler at no cost to the county and said it will simplify payment collection by eliminating a two-step process for entering credit-card payments. Staff reported coordination with justice-of-the-peace offices and the sheriff's office during the review.
Commissioner Wright moved the approval, Commissioner Arthur seconded, and the motion carried unanimously. County IT and the affected offices were listed as implementation leads; the county will proceed with technical integration and operational procedures.
