Amherst Council approves multiple ordinances, suspends rules for several items; roll-call votes unanimous
At its June 23 meeting the Amherst City Council voted, mostly by 6–0 roll call, to send several ordinances to second reading and to adopt a series of ordinances on first or third reading, including a right-of-way agreement with Lumos and updates in the income tax office.
