Councilwoman Nancy E. Birney asked the recommending committee on July 14 to hold Bill 2025-28 in abeyance for two weeks so staff could confirm the city's proposed changes align with county language. The bill would amend LVMC Title 11 to address use of electric bicycles and scooters in city parks, change provisions under LVMC Title 13 related to their use, and add penalties for violations.
