The Planning Commission voted unanimously to recommend City Council adopt the semiannual zoning map update. Staff said the update reflects rezonings and annexations completed since the last map adoption and includes a rezoning (Z‑162‑24) converting roughly 2.5 acres at the corner of Main Street and Dobbs from DTRO to DTCBD. The update also incorporates parcel boundary and Cherokee County parcel data corrections.
