Committee approves MMSD green-infrastructure grant easement and two We Energies utility easements
The committee authorized county acceptance of an MMSD grant to install green infrastructure at Washington Park (to be maintained under a 20-year conservation easement) and approved two permanent utility easements to We Energies to relocate electric feeders at Watertown Plank/Mayfair Road (Wauwatosa) and Nicholson/Ryan Road (Oak Creek).

The Parks and Culture Committee approved three separate land-use items affecting park property: acceptance of a Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage District (MMSD) grant for green infrastructure in Washington Park with a 20-year conservation easement to MMSD, and authorization to grant two permanent utility easements to We Energies to relocate electrical feeders in Wauwatosa and Oak Creek.
