The Reading Planning Commission closed its June 17 workshop with a motion to adjourn. A member moved the motion and Chelsea seconded. The chair called for the voice vote; several members said “aye” and one member said they opposed. The motion passed by voice majority; commissioners indicated a 3‑to‑1 result.
