The Planning Commission voted to reaffirm the final plan for FirstEnergy Stadium at 1900 Center Avenue. Planning staff indicated the project team submitted a reaffirmation request and an as‑built plan that documents existing conditions; staff will conduct a final inspection and prepare an escrow/financial security reconciliation for release as appropriate.
