The board voted to authorize the district’s safety and security coordinator to execute an agreement with Cardinal Point Security for armed security for the 2025–26 school year, at the proposed rates of $44 per hour for an armed security guard and $46 per hour for an armed school police officer. The motion passed 9–0.
