Trinity County enacts code to regulate movable tiny homes
The Board adopted an ordinance creating County Code section 15.27 to regulate movable tiny homes; the building division director told the board there is strong local interest in using tiny homes as part of housing options.

Cody Smith, Trinity County building division director, briefed the board on movable tiny homes and told supervisors the community has strong interest in the topic. On June 17 the board waived reading and enacted Trinity County Code §15.27, the ordinance regulating movable tiny homes.
