At its June 12 meeting, the Baltimore County Landmarks Preservation Committee voted to issue nine certificates of appropriateness for properties in Lutherville, Monkton, Randallstown, Cockeysville, Sparks and Pikesville; the Planning Board received the committee report June 17.
