EAC updates on tree planting, LCAP funding request and contractor enforcement problems

City staff and EAC members updated the council on urban forestry and the Local Climate Action Plan (LCAP). Staff said they have requested permission from the administration to reallocate $50,000 of American Rescue Plan (ARP) funds originally designated for trees toward an RFP for the LCAP, and are awaiting a decision.
