Weber County administrative-review staff recommended and county decisionmakers approved final plat approval Oct. 17 for the Harmony Ranch Subdivision First Amendment, allowing the owner to split a roughly 52-acre parcel at 3200 North 3350 East in Eden (Ogden Valley) into nine lots.
