Staff recommended and the commission approved modifications related to block perimeter, block length, and cul‑de‑sac length to reflect existing platting and street stubs in the area.
City planning staff explained that the proposed replat covers a portion of the original Spring Ridge subdivision and is the third replatting of that area since it was first platted about 25 years ago. Staff said roughly two‑thirds of the larger development has been built and that the developer recently pulled multiple building permits in the area immediately south of the proposed plat.
