At its June 2, 2025 meeting the Landmark Commission approved multiple staff-recommended certificates of appropriateness for new residential construction and related items. Most of these passed with standard conditions intended to ensure new work is compatible with historic-district character. Consent items D2, D4, D6 and D13 were moved and approved without further discussion.
