Chair Hendricks praised as he completes term; board highlights legislative wins
Chairman Kirk Hendricks concluded his last regular meeting on June 11, 2025. Members and public commenters praised his two-and-a-half years of service. The board also noted passage of two gaming bills this session (Senate Bill 46 and Assembly Bill 58) that modify regulatory authorities and technical provisions for the agency.
