The Fremont County Board of County Commissioners voted unanimously on June 10 to extend temporary use permit 24-009 for Venue at Oak Creek (800 North Fraser Avenue in Florence) until Dec. 31, 2025, giving owners additional time to complete acquisition and to file a special-review (SRU) application.
