The Kenosha City Planning Commission voted Thursday to approve a conditional-use permit amendment for a 61-unit multifamily building at 5945 Sixth Avenue and to authorize a related parking-lot restoration agreement between the city and the developer, Theater Terrace QOZB LLC.
