Members discussed operational practices and vegetation management for the array's life span, including recommending grazing or active agricultural uses instead of repeated mowing to reduce invasive seed spread. Staff noted the developer will be required to hire an environmental consultant for monitoring and that DEEP records and diversity-database records will be part of the regulatory review. Staff said the conservation commission filed advisory comments with planning and zoning to be included in that board's review.
