Staff noted the Program Open Space law requires jurisdictions to submit an annual program of proposed projects by July 1 each year. The commissioners moved and seconded approval of the FY2026 projects and recorded a unanimous vote in favor.
Staff said, upon approval, they will begin work on the annual program and follow required submission procedures.
