The Mendocino Council of Governments adopted its FY 2025–26 Regional Transportation Planning Agency (RTPA) and Council of Governments (COG) budget and the final Overall Work Program (OWP) at its June 2 meeting. The board voted to adopt six budget resolutions together and to forward required certifications to Caltrans.
