The Miami-Dade County Board of County Commissioners voted May 20 to award an additional ground-services permit (commonly called a "gasper" permit) to AGI, conditioned on the company's representations that it will comply with living-wage, paid-time-off and employee parking-assistance commitments included in the procurement process.
