County administrator reports progress on broadband "Light up Livingston" project, capital plan and mobility-management RFP
A county staff report said the county has executed agreements to enable construction of municipal fiber (MIP) strands and that reconnect work is under way; staff also said the 2026–2030 capital improvement plan will be presented in August and that ArcGlo will not renew the county's mobility management contract, prompting a new RFP.
