Hocking County commissioners reported progress toward forming a county land bank on June 5 after meeting with the Athens County treasurer, who described Athens County’s process and management. Commissioners said they plan to sign a resolution to form a land bank next week and then move to establish a 501(c)(3) and complete required registrations.
