At the close of the June 2 meeting the Madison County Board of Supervisors reported three actions taken during executive session related to property acquisition and project payments.
Board member Mister Lott reported the board took three actions in executive session: 1) established just compensation for a partial acquisition on the Yandell Road project; 2) acknowledged a payment on a partial acquisition related to the Bozeman Road Project Phase 2; and 3) approved an administrative adjustment on the Bozeman Road Project Phase 2.
The board did not discuss details of the compensation amounts, parcel identifiers or the specific administrative adjustment in open session. Staff said the executive-session actions related to ongoing right-of-way acquisitions and project accounting for two road-improvement projects.
Board members then returned to open session and adjourned the meeting. County staff indicated related documents will be handled through the county’s acquisition and project-administration processes and recorded per legal requirements.
