The Nevada County Board of Supervisors on May 27 approved a spending plan for Secure Rural Schools Title 3 funds to support local emergency preparedness: $54,000 was designated to the City of Grass Valley to support Tablet Command incident-management software and $10,913 to the county Office of Emergency Services for Firewise community information and prepackaged materials.
