County reports delivery of replacement buses; ridership up from 2024
Manitowoc County’s transportation program reported delivery of replacement buses, nearing full fleet renewal, and ridership gains: a 5% increase from the previous quarter and a 20% increase year-over-year for the first quarter of 2025.

The county’s Transportation Coordinating Committee reported that a replacement bus awarded in 2024 has been delivered and placed in service; with one additional replacement remaining, the committee said the fleet will be fully renewed once the last bus arrives.
