Manitowoc County’s Public Works committee reported progress on courthouse window and HVAC upgrades and moved the annual hazardous-waste cleanup sweep from May to October because of a major detour. Committee members also approved site plan requests and pay applications for ongoing projects.

The Manitowoc County Public Works Committee reported that courthouse window replacements are about 50% complete and the HVAC portion of the courthouse upgrade is roughly 75% complete, with final completion still projected around Sept. 1.
