Human Services board reports Narcan vending machine and supportive-services savings
Manitowoc County Human Services reported a supportive-department program that the board said saves roughly $779,000 annually in group-home costs, and the department confirmed placement of a Narcan vending machine outside the Northeastern Wisconsin Area Health Education Center with supplies to be sustained by a county grant.
