ARPA/MCWI project update; board approves multiple routine contracts, change orders and administrative items (votes at a glance)

County staff presented a status update on ARPA and state MCWI matching projects and the board approved a series of routine motions: contract awards, change orders, final pay applications, personnel actions, travel and locality administrative items. The board also agreed to begin work on clarifying zoning language after a separate appeal decision.
