Skagit County launches ClearPoint dashboard to track strategic plan progress

Skagit County on May 27 demonstrated early implementation of a ClearPoint balanced‑scorecard dashboard intended to make the county strategic plan’s goals, measures and project milestones visible to staff and — later in 2025 — to the public.
Deputy Administrator Jennifer Johnson and ClearPoint implementation lead Jess Boffy showed a first draft of a county landing page that maps the plan’s five Key Focus Areas (KFAs) to measurable goals, initiatives and milestones. “Years of work are being distilled into one digital location,” Boffy said, describing dashboards that will show goal status, key performance indicators, milestone Gantt charts and initiative updates.
