Council approves electrical code update, extends light‑duty policy, confirms appointments

At its Oct. 6 meeting the Moscow City Council unanimously adopted an ordinance to adopt the 2023 National Electrical Code, extended the city's light‑duty personnel policy from 60 days to six months, confirmed a tree commission appointment and approved the city's summer 4x10 pilot report; the consent agenda was also approved.
